Here's a good video on group riding sent to me by Don. It's a good idea to watch it regardless of your experience level. I think it'd be a good idea for all organizers to see it as well. We tend to attract a lot of new riders, especially during the peak riding season and we need to make sure we're accommodating their experience level. As we've mentioned many times Joey and I are always at the back (and we now have communication to Will who normally leads) so no one should ever feel the need to ride past their ability. We're there to make sure no one gets left behind and we genuinely like doing so regardless of your speed. Also, as the video mentioned, a group ride is NOT the place to push your limits or the limits of your bike. By doing so you're not impressing anyone and are endangering not only yourself but your fellow riders. Hopefully no one wants that looming over them so think about that next time you're in the group and save it for when you're on your own. Enjoy and see you on the streets!

Nice Vid and in formative a good find. However that doesn't mean that I agree with every thing they (MSF) have to say.
