Just my best guess but try and find the AZ Law regarding license plates and take that to court with you. Also pictures of your plate and if possile pictures of your plate from 50ft away (i don't know if that would help). If you go in there stating AZ law and proving how you are within that law, then I think your good. Who knows Palma might not even show up! Just be confident.

Hey Giovanny - are you fighting your license plate fine? Let me know if you are. I have a tucked plate but can be seen, he (Palma) harassed me about it also.
