The weather will be nicer so I thought a run up to the SRC would be a nice change of pace. We're going to head up to our regular pull out and let people do as many runs back and forth to the gas station below as they'd like before heading back to Globe (or somewhere around there) for some lunch. There is a great little mexican place that we enjoy eating at. There's great sweepers out there for those that haven't been but police presence is well known so be careful.
Here is the route we will be taking

The wife and I are down for the Sat ride. We found a sitter for the kids, so we are G2G. Getting my initial service done on the bike tomorrow, just hit the 600 mi break-in point last weekend! Ready to put some real highway miles on her now. See you all then!

What ever day You decide to ride, STAY ALERT and be aware of your surroundings. Its going to be windy and maybe rainy. Leave yourself enough space to stop quickly if needed. No fun picking a GSXR out of your butt ya know! Keep it in your skill level and ride your own ride. Keep it safe and enjoy.......Peace Out!

I think I'm going to pass this time around. Debbie and I are riding with the Freewheelers to BBC in Bisbee on Saturday and want to stay a little closer to home on Sunday.

I want to ride, but unfortunately, the forecast is looking pretty grim. As much as I want to ride, I really don't feel like fighting the wind and rain, especially to and from SV if I don't have to. For those of you riding: please heed Will's advice on rain gear. You will be miserably cold if you get wet on this ride! Sorry to p*ss out on you, Will.

Just got back a bit ago from the Sat pre-ride and the roads were GREAT! Ran into a few sprinkles, nothing big. If you bundle up and take some rain gear the Official Sunday ride should be Awesome. A little rain-X on the visor wouldnt hurt. Wish I could again. Be safe Guys and Gals!

7 of us went on today (Saturday) Traffic was light, weather was awesome, pace was great. Everyone rode in their comfort level. The sweeper got a little impatient in the canyon, ahem, but altogether a great ride.

The weather and ride today was awesome! It looked like the 7 of us just tuned well together. The experienced ones helped out in explaining the mechanics of taking the sharp turns in SRC. Those curves I will say are racetrack curves :-).

Sorry all, had a sitter for the kids, but it fell through. Turns out our sitter felt it was more important to go out drinking with her girlfriends than help us out... I really hate idiots! Anyway, we are out for this run, catch up with you all as soon as we can. Maybe we can find a RELIABLE sitter next time round.

Have a safe ride tomorrow all! 50% morning and 100% afternoon chance of rain and thunderstorms does not make for a fun ride :-( If you aren't proficient, skip the ride, or be extremely careful. Have fun!
