Tortilla Flats ride (Canyon Lake)
We've done this ride in the past and while it's a very long ride, there's gorgeous scenery, great food and lots of twisties. So here's your chance!!!! This is supposed to be one of the best roads here in Arizona for motorcycles.
Estimated time 3hrs one way... by car

The road to Totilla Flat is getting to be in pretty rough shape. Lots of crumbling asphalt in turns last time I went up there a few months ago. The road past the town is still very nice though, usally with much less traffic too.

yeah I remember that ride thats the first time met you..Melinda. lol. if you have never been on this road it can get technical with a lot of idiot cages that think they own the road be careful!!!

I'm guessing with traffic there may not be much of a choice however PLEASE everyone take your time with this road. It's no joke and a long way to get help for you and your bike should something happen. Joey and I are ALWAYS at the back so there's no one will be left behind regardless of speed. It's a long ride with great views, let's make it a gorgeous day!

Sunday looks like it will be very. Warm. Mid to high 80s. Make sure you bring water and sun screen. I am looking forward to another great ride with everyone.

Awesome ride today. Thank u everyone for coming out on such a long ride and for the help with Joey's bike. U guys are the best. I can't say enough nice things about the ppl in this group. TravisI had a great day with everyone. Good group of fun people. A bit of a long ride, but fun none the less. Any day of riding is a good one. Now if we could get Joey to go Jap, he would not break down! Just kidding!! I am glad that it was an easy fix, cause push starting that Triumph with Will on it was no easy task!! It made me want to take a dip in the lake! Thanks Will for spotting me for lunch and thanks to everyone for good company. I still cant figure out how Butch kept re-appearing after loosing him........kin
da like that butler from Mr. Deeds......all the sudden there he is! It was a good thing though. Next time we go somewhere and a foolish lady gets on the mic in front of the whole world.......I'm outta there!.....lol. See you all next time.

This will be a long ride so plan accordingly. For anyone that hasn't been there this is not a road you should tear through. It has many hair pin turns and more than likely a lot of traffic but as Will said it's gorgeous scenery and good food. As with any ride, PLEASE do not ride beyond your ability. I've ridden this road before and as easy as I take it I had a couple scares of my own.
